3S bearer support type plate mounter

Specialized plate mounting equipment designed for narrow-web plate cylinders with bearer at bothe ends;

The crosshair is magnified and recognized by two HD cameras, and displayed on a HD monitor. The focal length and position can be fine tuned to achieve precise alignment;

The left and right brackets are fixed to support the bearer, and the entire system adopts pneumatic lifting;

Equipped with a manual fine-tuning table to improve the accuracy of plate mounting and make the plate matching process easier;

Equipped with a tape bracket;
• Suitable for cylinder facelength less than 700mm/27.5inches, and print repeat range is140-650mm/5.5-25.5 inches.
