Auclean entered the Chinese market in 1995 and is a company focused on high-tech manufacturing and research and development.  We have technology research and development centers in Shanghai and Wuxi, as well as branch offices in Beijing, Guangzhou, and Chongqing. Based at the headquarters of Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone in Wuxi, we are rooted in the Chinese market for development.

Auclean’s core business focuses on the manufacturing and research and development of carbon fiber lightweight composite rollers, while providing diversified solutions for the printing and coating industry, including ink supply systems, printing plate systems, coating and varnishing systems, cleaning systems, label testing systems, and related core accessories.  For 30 years, we have continuously improved product quality and performance through technological accumulation and innovation capabilities to meet market demand.  Our products and services have been widely used in over 60 countries and regions worldwide.

1995

In 1995, Shanghai Auclean Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. was established and began to introduce foreign flexographic printing related products

1996

In 1996, a anilox cleaning machine was successfully put into the domestic market

In 2002, Shanghai factory completed production of laser engraved ceramic anilox and related flexographic printing supporting products

2005

In 2005, wide-web plate mounter was successfully developed and put into the domestic market

In 2006, narrow-web plate mounter series products were successfully launched

In 2007, the chamber doctor blade system was officially launched on the market

In 2009, we successfully developed and produced an intelligent wide-web palte mounter, which was put into the domestic market

Auclean practices green and sustainable energy

Solar photovoltaic power generation is widely regarded as one of the green energy sources due to its low pollution characteristics.  Auclean actively participates in addressing the climate crisis and has implemented a rooftop photovoltaic project at its Wuxi factory to help achieve the dual carbon goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. It is expected to generate approximately 450000 kilowatt hours (KWh) of clean energy annually, equivalent to replacing 147 tons of standard coal annually, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 445 tons, sulfur dioxide emissions by 13 tons, and nitrogen oxide emissions by 7 tons, contributing to the sustainable development of the environment.  By leveraging green manufacturing to support industrial products, we have established a green benchmark for low-carbon operations in the industry.
